Before motherhood, many of us invested in ourselves without a second thought. Now, we happily pour our time and money into our children's sport, music lessons, dance classes, and every opportunity to help them thrive… but when was the last time you invested in you?
Join us for a beautiful evening created just for mums. Sink your hands into clay and rediscover the simple joy of creating, something so many of us rarely make time for.
Experience a guided healing session with a professional designed to help regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and leave you feeling deeply grounded and at peace.
We'll also gather in a heartfelt circle conversation about motherhood, celebrating the incredible women we are and recognising that, despite the challenges, we can be proud of the mothers we've become.

This isn't just another holiday activity… it's a day designed to nurture confidence, resilience and meaningful connection!
Throughout the day, your daughter will:
• Create a beautiful flower crown to celebrate her individuality.
• Produce her own personalised storybook where she is the brave, resilient main character. Through storytelling, she'll learn that challenges help us grow and that she has the strength within her to overcome whatever life brings.
• Build genuine friendships with other girls in a fun, encouraging and supportive environment.
• Enjoy hands-on creative crafts that inspire imagination, self-expression and confidence.
As mums, we all want our daughters to know just how capable, kind and powerful they are. This retreat is a chance to invest in her wellbeing, help her believe in herself, and give her a day she'll never forget...
